The living budget only has to beat your good months, not your best ones. Your lean month is 150 000 ₽ and your worst is 250–270 000 ₽ — the ramp closes that gap one step at a time instead of asking you to be a different person in September.

Why this is built the way it is

You asked for a life that runs without much pushing. That means the system has to carry the load, not your willpower. Five rules do the carrying.

One decision a dayEverything collapses into a single two-minute ritual at night. No planning app, no method, no morning debate about what to do.
Nothing is all-or-nothingA bad day scores 40 XP instead of 0. You can have a weak Tuesday and still be in the game on Wednesday, which is where most people quit.
Money is never lost, only redirectedThe deposit is identical every day. Weak days send the whole amount to the Vault; strong days pay you. There is no punishment to resent.
The vices fund the rewardsEvery smoke-free and drink-free day pays its own cost into Spark. Quitting stops feeling like loss and starts funding the things you want.
Projects live next to habitsThe planner holds the one-off work — a client build, five applications, a gym sign-up. Clearing a task pays XP into the same level as the habits, so admin you have been avoiding for weeks finally counts for something.
Difficulty rises, you don'tAll ten tracks are live from day one, but at their easiest tier. Each chapter raises them one notch. By December you are doing all ten at full strength, and each single step was small.

      The day

      07:30
Up, water, 20 minutes outsideFeet on the floor and out the door before the phone. This one slot does more for the energy-drink problem than any rule about energy drinks.
      08:30
Protein breakfast, no feedsPhone stays face down. Coffee is allowed; the can is not.
      09:00
Main job block — 3 hours, containedAll of it in one box. Done well, finished early, and then closed. This is how the main job stays good without eating the day.
      12:00
Lunch, 20-minute walkSecond daylight hit. Non-negotiable on desk days.
      13:00
Forge A — two 90-minute business blocksEach block has one named outcome written before it starts. Not "work on the business."
      16:00
Gym or hard breakThree days a week this is strength training. Other days: nap, walk, or errands.
      17:00
Forge B — the last blockShipping, admin, outreach, invoices. The unglamorous half of the business.
      19:30
Dinner. Work is over.Hard stop. A day with no end has no beginning either.
      20:30
Reading + 15 minutes of grid workPaper or e-ink for the reading. Two messages to real people for the grid — that's the whole networking habit.
      22:15
The ritual — tick this boardScore the day, see the split, close the laptop.
      23:00
Phone charges in the kitchenThe single highest-leverage rule for the reels problem. It is not discipline, it is distance.
Sunday, 30 minutes. Score the week. Make one bank transfer covering all seven logged deposits. Write the three business outcomes for the week, pick five job targets, name three people to reach out to. Then close it and take the evening off — Sunday is the only planning you do.

      Vault rules

      • Separate account or deposit. Not the card you shop with.
      • Untouchable except: lost income, medical, family emergency.
      • Any withdrawal waits 72 hours and gets written into the ledger with a reason. Most urges die inside three days.
      • At 900 000 ₽ it splits: 70% stays as the emergency floor, 30% becomes the business war chest.
      • You never move money from Vault to Spark. Ever. That's the one wall in the system.

      Spark rules

      • Spendable on Saturdays, and on any day you clear a chapter boss.
      • Spend it with zero guilt. That is its entire job — guilt-free money is what makes the rest sustainable.
      • You may only spend what is there. No borrowing forward.
      • Set a target when you want something big; the bar does the motivating.
      • Unspent Spark rolls over. It never expires.

      On the two hard ones

Cigarettes and energy drinks are the only tracks where the tier ladder does the real work — a straight "quit today" almost always ends in a worse relapse than a taper. Chapter I is a count and two boundaries: nothing in the first hour awake, nothing indoors. Chapter II halves the count and fixes the windows. Chapter III is zero. If nicotine withdrawal gets hard, replacement therapy (patches, gum) roughly doubles quit rates and a doctor or a quit line is worth the phone call — that's not a failure of the system, it's using the right tool. Same logic on the cans: caffeine itself is not the enemy, so coffee before noon stays legal and the can goes.
